Lying Delilah
Lying Delilah - With No Gravity
Rock: Adult Alternative Pop/Rock
Reaching out and grabbing the best of jazz, rock, and blues, this piano-based trio covers the bases, making the ends meet between slow and hypnotic and peppy and poppy. Jodi Rosenthal's vocals couldn't be more well-suited for the calculated but sultry approach. If you like Fiona Apple but long for a more consistent beating of the drums, this will have you hooked from the opening chords.

Adam Randall
Adam Randall - Bodies and Souls Were Meant to Be Together
Folk: Folk Rock
This album treads the delicate line between intricate folk rock and hook-filled yet emotionally resonant indie pop. Violins, bells, and other sonic flourishes provide a colorful backdrop to Randall's impressive acoustic guitar-based tunes. At times recalling Death Cab for Cutie and other times Damien Jurado, it won't be long before Adam Randall is the next big thing.

CD BABY EMPLOYEES: ARTISTS OURSELVES
Dirty Mittens Pinky Swear

By day, Chelsea Morrisey keeps everyone in CD Baby’s Customer Service department laughing with her dry, irreverent wit. By night, her band Dirty Mittens has been known to keep plenty of Portland house parties rocking well into the wee hours with their wickedly sexy brand of underground vintage pop. You can tell, though, that Dirty Mittens have higher ambitions than just providing the sweaty soundtrack to your next subterranean fiesta. Their infectious sound mixes the best elements of CocoRosie, Pavement, Burt Bacharach, and Peter, Bjorn, & John. Their intricate arrangements and smart, heartfelt lyrics are earning them a place amongst Portland’s current buzz bands. With this buzz in mind, you’ll want to know three things:
Dirty Mittens have just released an awesome 5-song EP.
Your life is currently boring.
Liven up your life with this short EP, which has all the fun of a party without the sweaty shirtless dudes.
